This month’s challenge is dealer choice! I used a fat quarter bundle of greens I already had in my stash and the pattern “Puzzle” from Open Gate Quilts

This is a 20 Fat Quarter pattern, which includes scrappy binding.

Everything came together quick! Some other materials were aurifil thread, 50 weight in black, Hobbs Premium 80/20 batting, and a trusty quilting needle from schmetz!

When I hopped out of the sewing room and showed my husband, his first reaction was “Wow, it looks like the sky through the lattice.” I have to agree!
You can watch it get made on my YouTube channel! Puzzle Quilt Tutorial
Beautiful quilt, Brittany.

Beautiful, Brittany. You know, when we see that green sky “through the lattice” here in AL, we know there’s a tornado nearby! LOL It really is beautiful though. I love that it reminds me of a gordian knot!
